Lead remote camp kitchen service as a Chef with LandSea, preparing quality dishes and maintaining safe food operations near Terrace, British Columbia.

This Chef role supports workforce accommodation and catering at a remote camp approximately five to six hours north of Terrace. Responsibilities include menu planning, recipe execution, kitchen organization, food safety, inventory, and staff supervision. The position follows a four weeks on, two weeks off rotation with scheduled ten or twelve-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Plan menus and contribute new seasonal dishes
- Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff
- Manage inventory, food costs, and supply ordering
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and sanitation compliance

Requirements:

- Five or more years of Chef experience
- Remote camp or hotel experience preferred
- Mandatory Journeyman or Red Seal Cook certification
- Valid WHMIS, Food Secure Advanced, and First Aid certifications
- Leadership, cooking, and food safety knowledge
