H 2 O Innovation seeks a Water and Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator-in-Training for the Interior BC area. The work covers plant operations, sludge processing systems, pumping stations, and collection and distribution systems. You will communicate with operators, clients, management, government agencies, and departments while supporting projects, maintenance, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain water and wastewater treatment plants
- Inspect collection, distribution, and treatment systems regularly
- Create work orders for servicing and repairs




- Submit required reports to government agencies
- Support treatment projects, plans, and standard procedures

Requirements:

- Water and wastewater plant experience is desired
- Microsoft Word and Excel computer literacy
- Valid driver's license
- Availability for rotating on-call support services
- Qualified oral and written communication skills
