We are open to candidates with a range of experience levels, from developing Superintendents to those capable of leading large, complex projects.What You’ll DoOversee day-to-day site operations on one or multiple construction projectsLead projects of varying size and complexity (approximately $0 – $100 M+) depending on experienceEnsure site safety standards are met in collaboration with safety personnelCoordinate and manage site setup (utilities, offices, access, hoarding, material handling, etc.)Lead weekly planning meetings and support project schedulingWork closely with Project Managers and Coordinators on execution and methodologyCoordinate labour requirements with HR and Field ServicesSupervise and support Foremen, Lead Hands, and field staff (scope dependent on experience)Manage subcontractors, including contract compliance and site performanceParticipate in project meetings (handover, review, pre-bid,



etc.)Contribute to change pricing and monthly project reportingMaintain accurate project documentation (daily reports, photos, timesheets, etc.)Support QA/QC processes on siteTrack labour productivity and site performanceManage site equipment, tools, and material procurementMentor and develop field staffPromote teamwork, innovation, and Westridge valuesWork out of town as requiredWhat You BringWe are open to a range of experience levels.
