Build customer loyalty through produce stocking and customer service as a Produce Clerk with Safeway. Full training is provided for this position.

Safeway Produce Clerks maintain well-stocked departments so shopping remains quick, easy, and efficient. The position includes customer greetings, merchandise displays, product rotation, and inventory management. You will also support the sales floor and operate a cash register when needed during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Stock produce, frozen, perishable, and non-perishable products
- Maintain merchandise displays under Safeway programs
- Rotate products and manage backroom inventory
- Greet customers politely and provide strong service
- Load and unload products for the sales floor

Requirements:

- No previous experience required
- Ability to learn quickly and communicate clearly
- Strong customer service qualities and team orientation
- Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds constantly
