this could be manually or with crane or with lift truckAssist with cleaning up machines and their general maintenanceDiligently follow lockout / tag out procedures whenever requiredUnderstand, maintain and follow the working procedures for machine shopMaintain proper housekeeping and 5S in own work area and around work unitsPerform all work in a secure manner and fully comply with the Safety and Quality (GMP) policies and procedures of the CompanyAny other duties as assigned by the ManagementJob RequirementsMinimum High school diploma and Ontario Machinist CertificationMinimum 5 years of experience in machine shop and fabrication for making thermoforming moulds or similar applicationsStrong knowledge of different tooling machinery and its usage, including Milling Machines, Lathes, Drilling Machine, Band saw, Grinders etc.Able to verify dimensions of machined parts or tooling using different measuring instrumentse.G.
