As Facility Supervisor, you will lead daily operations while overseeing maintenance and cleaning personnel. The position combines team supervision, facility upkeep, regulatory compliance, customer service, and financial stewardship. Your work supports company and customer assets across shop and outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, schedule, and train shop and washrack personnel
- Inspect equipment, workflows, facility, and grounds daily
- Coordinate asset maintenance and cleaning to Trimac standards
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and daily workflow
- Maintain logs, records, inventory, and cleaning processes
Requirements:
- High School Diploma required
- Three to five years industrial, maintenance, or cleaning experience
- Supervisory or lead hand experience required
- Mechanical maintenance and tank cleaning understanding
- Microsoft Office proficiency; digital work order experience is an asset
