Lead audio-visual floor operations with Encore, combining customer service and team supervision in a hotel or convention center setting.

The Event Operations Manager manages daily technician workflow, equipment delivery, inventory control, and client service. This manager also schedules staff, reviews billing, supports meetings, and ensures setups meet client and hotel specifications. The position reports to an Operations Director or Director, Event Technology at qualifying locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily floor activities and technician workflow
- Supervise scheduling, timekeeping, delegation, and team performance
- Maintain equipment sheets, inventory levels, safety, and security
- Meet guests onsite and verify equipment setup functionality




- Mentor technicians in customer service and onsite upselling

Requirements:

- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Four-plus years audio-visual and hospitality experience
- Two-plus years supervisory experience or Encore ADOP completion
- Working knowledge of live-show audio-visual equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Internet, hardware, and software
