Lead new product launches at Jetson in North Vancouver, using program management and operational readiness skills in person. Deliver electrification technologies across teams. As Jetson’s New Product Introduction Program Manager, you will lead launch planning for heat pumps, EV chargers, and heat pump water heaters. The role coordinates Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Field Teams, and Support. You will help bring recent technologies to market smoothly and at scale. Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end launch plans for new products Coordinate Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Field teams Ensure training, SOPs, inventory, tooling, and support readiness Run pilot programs and early deployments Track progress, resolve blockers,



and improve Jetson’s NPI playbook Requirements:

Five-plus years of project management experience Three-plus years delivering products through stage-gate processes Engineering degree and thermodynamics knowledge Willingness to complete field training and monthly installations Ability to travel within North America about 20% and lift 25 pounds Apply program management, NPI experience, and technical knowledge to launch Jetson’s electrification products across North America.
