This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career finance professional who wants to learn the business, build relationships with investment advisors, and develop toward a future role in Business Development and capital raising.The OpportunityYou will work closely with the firm's team and advisor network, gaining hands-on exposure to Private Equity funds, investor relations, fundraising, and business development. Approximately 80% of the role will focus on managing and developing existing advisor relationships, with 20% focused on identifying new Exempt Market Dealers and business development opportunities.ResponsibilitiesManaging relationships with advisors and capital partnersResponding to inquiries regarding funds, portfolios, distributions,



and transactionsEducating advisors on the firm's funds and investment strategiesSupporting investor communications and fund administrationMaintaining accurate investor records and documentationIdentifying and developing new advisor and distribution relationshipsSupporting the firm's capital-raising and business development initiativesWhat We're Looking ForRecent graduate with a degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related fieldStrong communication and interpersonal skillsConfident, personable, and comfortable building relationshipsOrganized, detail-oriented, and eager to learnGenuine interest in Private Equity, investments, and capital raisingAmbitious and interested in developing a long-term career in FinancePrevious Private Equity experience is not required.
