- Prepare accurate quotations for Account Executives and clients
- Review specifications, quantities, pricing, discounts, freight, and tariffs
- Confirm pricing, lead times, availability, and product information




- Check quotations against company pricing and margin requirements
- Update quotation and customer information in NetSuite

Requirements:

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Comfort with pricing, margins, discounts, and calculations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Microsoft Excel and computer skills
