Not only that, but we’re expected to grow at least 70% in 2027. Making it impossible for me to effectively scale the team on my own.For our NA AEs this today means that:They aren’t getting the depth of coaching & 1-1 development they needThere’s nobody to actively join meetings & support key dealsTheir calls & deals aren’t actively reviewed and given feedback onAll in all this results in slower growth & delivering inconsistent customer experiences. I’m looking for someone to take full ownership over running our NA
