Key Responsibilities: Maintain complete client accounting records through daily activities Enter data while preserving information and documentation integrity Review bills, invoices, and client-submitted documentation Prepare financial statements and reports for Senior Accountants Process accounts receivable, accounts payable, and sales tax returns Requirements: One year of bookkeeping experience required Familiarity with Xero and/or QBO Solid attention to detail and organizational skills High-speed internet and availability during core business hours Successful criminal background and/or education and employment verification Support Zenbooks clients remotely through cloud accounting, accurate reporting, organized records, and responsive communication.
