Revit and Civil 3D skills support 3D BIM models and 2D drawings for the Eglinton Crosstown West Extension infrastructure project.

TRP seeks a CAD Technician or BIM Modeler with up to two years of experience. You will translate engineering designs and survey information into models for civil infrastructure and station components. The work supports design development, documentation, coordination, estimation, and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop BIM models and drawings using Revit and Civil 3D
- Produce alignments, station layouts, profiles, and cross sections
- Extract quantities and data from BIM models
- Maintain revisions reflecting design updates and survey data
- Organize project files within Autodesk Construction Cloud

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in drafting, engineering technology, or related field
- Up to two years as BIM Modeler, CAD Technician, or Drafter
- Solid proficiency with Revit and Civil 3D
- Ability to create accurate models from survey information
- Understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and data management
