The General Manager coordinates store operations while supporting short and long-term co-operative goals. This full-time position oversees staffing, inventory, customer service, product quality, maintenance, and sustainable profitability. The General Manager reports directly to the Board of Directors, with the President as primary contact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily retail operations and staffing levels
- Manage inventory, product quality, ordering, and store presentation
- Prepare budgets and present financial reports to the Board
- Recruit, train, coach, and review employees




- Maintain member relationships and address customer complaints

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of retail or food service experience
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience
- Business principles, operational priorities, and financial analysis knowledge
- Inventory management and point-of-sale systems experience
- Adaptable availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
