Process securities transactions and corporate actions as a Corporate Trust Associate with Odyssey Trust Company in Vancouver or Toronto. Apply DTC expertise daily.

This hands-on back-office associate supports trustee, agency, and escrow appointments under the Director, Corporate Trust. Responsibilities span DTC and CDS settlement, payments, reconciliations, records, and operational inquiries. The position supports Odyssey’s growing Canadian and U.S. corporate trust business by strengthening depository and operations processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process DTC deposits, withdrawals, QUICK balancing, and position reconciliations
- Administer corporate actions, including tenders, exchanges, consents, and redemptions
- Process conversions, escrow releases, wire payments, and interest payments
- Reconcile securities,



cash balances, records, DTC/CDS, and bank accounts
- Respond to inquiries from clients, counsel, brokers, and securityholders

Requirements:

- Two or more years of back-office operations experience
- Hands-on DTC operational experience strongly preferred
- Understanding of securities settlement, corporate actions, and reconciliations
- Strong Excel skills and high data accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities
