Fernie Wilderness Adventures is seeking a Reservations and Sales Agent to join our winter team part-time and support our office through the winter season.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, answering phones and emails, making reservations for cat skiing, lodging, and fly fishing, and ensuring every interaction reflects a high level of customer service.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be reliable, have strong customer service skills, be highly organized and able to work independently. You will work closely with the Office Manager to coordinate cat ski trips and reservation details, ensuring everything runs smoothly in the lead-up to our guests’ adventures.

General Responsibilities:

- Answering phones and emails
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Creating cat ski, fly-fishing, and lodge reservations
- Processing payments and completing cash out




- Coordinating and confirming the details of the reservations
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the office space

Requirements:

- Customer service experience
- Well versed in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills
- Able to multi-task
- Highly organized
- Able to work independently

Hours: Winter (November/December - April 1)

Part-time – 2-3 days per week

8am-12pm & 1pm-5pm, mostly Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

Ideal candidate would have flexibility to cover occasional weekend shifts.

Start/end dates are flexible.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
