About Us

Euro Design Master Builder ltd. is a boutique infill builder creating thoughtfully designed homes in Edmonton's mature neighbourhoods. We build a limited number of homes each year, so every project gets real attention from permit to possession. We're a small, close-knit team looking for a highly organized coordinator to help keep our builds on time, on budget, and running smoothly.

The Role

You'll be the organizational hub of our projects. You'll work with our owner, site supervisor, trades, suppliers, the City, and our homebuyers to keep every project moving from pre-construction through possession and warranty. If you love a well-built schedule, a clean file system, and seeing projects come together, this role is for you.

What You'll Do Pre-Construction

- Prepare and submit City of Edmonton development and building permit applications, and track them through approval
- Coordinate surveys, engineering, utility applications (EPCOR, ATCO), and other pre-construction requirements
- Collect and compare trade and supplier quotes
- Set up project files, budgets, and baseline schedules

Construction
- Maintain project schedules and coordinate trade bookings with the site supervisor
- Issue purchase orders and track material orders, deliveries, and lead times
- Book City inspections and track results and follow-ups
- Track budgets, invoices, and change orders, and flag variances early
- Manage drawings, revisions, and site documentation so the field always has current information

Client Communication and Close-Out
- Act as the main point of contact for homebuyers and provide regular project updates

- Act as the main point of contact for all back of house communications
- Coordinate client selection deadlines with our design partners and suppliers
- Organize deficiency lists, possession walkthroughs, and handover packages
- Register homes with Alberta New Home Warranty and manage post-possession warranty requests

What We're Looking For
- Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Architectural/Civil Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 to 4 + years of experience in residential construction coordination, home building, or a similar role
- Good understanding of residential construction sequencing and terminology
- Robust skills with Excel or Google Sheets and project management software.
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Excellent organization and follow-through. You keep many details moving at once without losing track
- Clear, professional communication with clients, trades, suppliers, and City staff
- Calm and solution-focused when schedules shift
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle for site visits

Nice to Have
- Infill or custom home experience
- Experience with the City of Edmonton permitting process and the Alberta Building Code
- Familiarity with the Alberta New Home Warranty program
- Experience with garden suites, secondary suites, or multi-unit infill
- Basic estimating or budgeting experience

What We Offer
- 2 weeks over Christmas office is closed
- Professional development as needed
- Room to grow into a Project Manager role as we grow
- A small, supportive team where your work makes a visible difference

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
