As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our high performing team.



This is not an entry level position. You will be supported by a dedicated administration team, Operations Manager, and Maintenance Manager, allowing you to focus on portfolio performance, client relationships, and service delivery.

Manage a residential property portfolio to a high standard Conduct routine inspections and provide detailed reporting Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and service providers Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies Manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenancy changes Deliver exceptional customer service and communication at every stage of the tenancy Proven experience managing a residential property portfolio A solid understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act and property management best practice A commitment to delivering a consistently high level of customer service A relevant qualification in property management, or the willingness to work towards your NZ Certificate in Property Management (Level 4) – we will fully fund and support this!
