Oversee multi-unit residential operations for CLV, applying maintenance leadership and building systems knowledge across an assigned property portfolio. As an experienced Property Operations Manager, you will direct daily operations, maintenance activities, and portfolio performance. Your work will support timely building responses, safety, regulatory compliance, preventative maintenance, and resident satisfaction. You will also pursue operational efficiency and property performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise property operations under applicable building codes and regulations Inspect properties and building systems on scheduled intervals Create and monitor preventative maintenance schedules Arrange repairs for resident and vacated units Coordinate contractors and capital improvement projects Requirements: Experience with residential construction repairs and multi-family operations Knowledge of HVAC systems and building automation systems Familiarity with residential tenancy legislation and leases Strong organization, communication, and time management skills Valid Class G license, vehicle, and clean driver abstract Bring residential operations, preventative maintenance, and building systems expertise to CLV while supporting secure, effective property performance.
