About the Role

Maple Recruiters is supporting a rapid-growing quick-service restaurant brand with the search for a Restaurant Manager in Winnipeg, MB

This is a strong opportunity for an experienced restaurant leader who enjoys leading teams, driving operational standards, and creating a positive guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure strong execution of brand standards
- Support, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement
- Maintain a high level of guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Oversee scheduling, labour management, inventory, food safety, and cleanliness standards
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development
- Monitor store performance and help drive sales, profitability, and operational results
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards

Qualifications





- Previous restaurant management or assistant management experience required
- Experience in quick-service, fast-casual, or high-volume restaurant environments is considered an asset
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, guest service, labour management, and team development
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Workplace Type: On-site Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000–$65,000 per year

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
