Responsibilities

An exceptional chance has opened for a commercially astute retail operations professional to join the team at our Designer Outlet in Vancouver as a Retail Executive.

Reporting to the Retail Manager and supporting the wider centre team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our brand partners and provide guidance in maximising the retail performance of stores. This would include ensuring high levels of customer engagement, supporting recruitment and training of store teams, giving feedback on in-store merchandising.

Your Profile

• You have experience of working within retail operations, ideally in fashion

- You have solid analytical, excel and reporting skills, alongside an advanced knowledge of MS Office




- You have experience in managing and monitoring of KPIs and understanding and analysing of store metrics i.e. sales, conversion etc.
- You work with high accuracy and attention to detail
- You have strong communication skills as well as experience in relationship building – internal/external and able to influence at all levels
- You are flexible to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis
