Lead commercial cannabis flowering operations at Rubicon Organics in Hope, BC, using crop expertise and hands-on team coordination. Guide flowering from flip through harvest.

Reporting to the Cultivation Manager, you will supervise Flower Room Leads and cultivation team members. Coordinate daily labor, monitor crop health, and uphold production schedules and SOPs. Train team members on flowering techniques, biosecurity, quality standards, and secure work practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise Flower Room Leads and cultivation team members
- Coordinate pruning, defoliation, netting, flushing, cleaning, and harvest
- Inspect rooms for plant health and work quality
- Allocate labor according to crop priorities and schedules
- Escalate crop, safety, quality, and compliance concerns

Requirements:

- Two or more years commercial cannabis cultivation experience
- Previous cultivation or production team leadership experience
- Knowledge of flowering, canopy management, plant health, and harvest readiness
- Ability to organize labor and maintain schedules
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
