As HR & Safety Manager, you will advise leaders across Progressive Cabinetry and Millwork, R&D; Crane Operators, and Burnside Truck Center. Your portfolio spans employee relations, recruitment, performance management, investigations, workplace safety, and compliance. Reporting to the Chief Operating and Finance Officer, you will support office, manufacturing, and field environments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Advise leaders on employee relations and performance management
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, development, and talent retention initiatives
- Manage investigations, conflicts, performance concerns, and disciplinary processes
- Oversee workplace safety programs, training,



compliance, and improvement
- Manage workers' compensation, return-to-work, and incident investigations

Requirements:

- Progressive human resources experience in operational environments
- Broad generalist experience across employee relations and recruitment
- Experience supporting safety programs and workers' compensation
- Knowledge of employment and occupational health legislation
- Solid communication, judgement, adaptability, and initiative
