Lead hands-on packaging training for pharmaceutical manufacturing teams using SOPs, GMP standards, and effective training techniques. Work Monday through Friday under established GMP safety requirements.

As a Packaging Training Specialist, you will train new and existing packaging employees and support consistent execution. The work includes onboarding, machine operation, packaging processes, safety procedures, quality practices, and cross-training. You will collaborate with Packaging Maintenance, Quality, and Safety teams while supporting procedures, metrics, and digitized materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead hands-on SOP training sessions for packaging teams
- Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new employees
- Train teams on equipment, processes, safety, and quality procedures




- Manage cross-training and procedure-change communications
- Create and update packaging SOPs, WIs, and JDs

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education
- Minimum five years training experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Knowledge of filling, labelling, cartoning, serialization, and aggregation
- Excellent GMP and GMP documentation knowledge
- Mechanical troubleshooting and Microsoft Office proficiency
