Provide emergency nursing care at Brant Community Healthcare System in Brantford or Paris, using assessment and clinical leadership skills.

This Registered Nurse position reports to the Clinical Manager, Emergency Services. You will use the nursing process, coordinate assigned patient care, and address education needs for patients, families, and healthcare providers. The role requires evidence-based, protected, effective, and ethical Emergency Services care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Manage patient care assignments and unit operations
- Coordinate care for assigned Emergency Services patients
- Address health education needs for patients and families
- Demonstrate professional development and clinical competency

Requirements:

- Graduate of an accredited college or university nursing program
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Two years acute care experience within the last five years
- Current BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation and eCTAS certifications
