of recreation and activity plansProvide feedback and escalate any performance concerns to respective Operations ManagerComplete probation and annual performance reviewsWork in collaboration with Operations Manager, and Team Leads (if applicable), when there are challenging performance issues, engaging Human Resources for consultation and support as appropriateMonitor and track to ensure all mandatory and annual training requirements are complete and gaps addressedReport workplace injuries in reporting system and ensure the workplace injury report is forwarded to the appropriate Operations ManagerEffective Operations ManagementSupervise and provide direction to staff aligned with policies and procedures and standards of professional conductProvide day-to-day operational supervision to ensure consistent home and program stabilityParticipate in proactive workforce planning ensuring effective coverage across all service areas, where applicableSupport with recruitment and onboarding of new staff – interviewing, training etc.Assist in ensuring that direct care providers are scheduled in the homes in accordance with the funding guidelines and Collective Bargaining Agreement –where applicableCollaborate with the Clinical team, Operations Managers to develop, and track monthly activity recreational plansAccountable for ensuring that home(s) are always well stocked with groceries, household, medical and home office suppliesEnsure cleanliness and maintenance of homeCollaborate with the Clinical team to ensure follow through on contracted services, including the Individual Support Plan (ISP)/ Plan of Care (POC), Behaviour Support Plan (BSP) protocolsMaintain supported individual and employee privacy in accordance with CBI Home Health policy and applicable provincial privacy legislationSupport with monthly monitoring of supported individuals' finances (e.G. expenditures, reimbursements, etc.)
