Bella Coola Heli Sports seeks a coordinator with previous sales experience for its Whistler office. You will support guests and travel agents through personalized reservation service, accurate records, invoicing, and lodge coordination. The position requires strong communication, organizational,



and time-management skills while supporting winter skiing and summer wilderness adventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer booking inquiries and convert opportunities into reservations
• Maintain accurate booking schedules and WebRez Pro records
• Manage travel trade communication before and after trips
• Review FlyWire balances, invoices, deposits, and collections
• Coordinate lodge preparations and post-trip guest follow-up

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is required
• Current residence in Whistler, Squamish, or Pemberton
• Ability to commute to the office five days weekly
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Effective time management and qualified judgment
