Naylor Building Partnerships Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced 313D HVAC Technician to join the HVAC division as a Residential (Condo) Lead Hand.The Residential Lead Hand will provide technical oversight and guidance across residential condominium operations, ensuring consistent service delivery, supporting technicians in the field, and helping our teams resolve complex technical issues.
