As a Franchise Business Consultant, you will support multiple Kumon centres across Ontario. You will use performance data, purposeful visits, and actionable feedback to improve instruction, operations, customer experience, enrollment, and retention. The role suits candidates with multi-unit service management or business consulting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct three to five purposeful centre visits weekly
- Coach instructional quality, centre operations, and customer experience
- Document action plans and complete timely follow-up consultations
- Support franchisees with communication, leadership,



and operational practices
- Monitor performance and support enrollment, retention, and growth goals

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree required
- Two to four years in multi-unit service management or consulting
- Robust relationship-building and communication skills
- Effective time management and prioritization abilities
- Ability to travel extensively throughout Ontario, including occasional Saturdays
