Lead major gift development for CMHA Ontario in Toronto, combining donor stewardship and fundraising strategy within a hybrid work model.

As Fund Development Manager, you will report to the Chief Development Officer and advance fundraising for mental health services. You will manage individual, corporate, and foundation relationships while securing high-value commitments. The work includes annual campaigns, grant proposals, donor communications, and stewardship operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage donor relationships from prospect identification through stewardship
- Secure high-value gift commitments through strategic solicitation
- Lead monthly giving, direct mail, and online appeals
- Develop grant proposals and customized funding presentations
- Maintain donor records and oversee retention activities

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of related fundraising experience
- Proven success managing complex funding relationships
- Solid communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to manage funding priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
- G license required
