This Project Leader role supports Manufacturing and Production investigations at the Richmond Hill site. You will document investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventative actions. The work requires project management, communication, organization, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAP proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure manufacturing investigations follow site procedures and applicable GMPs
- Identify critical paths, root causes, and corrective actions
- Facilitate meetings with subject matter experts and vendors




- Prepare accurate investigation reports for department manager approval
- Escalate roadblocks affecting investigation timelines

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree in engineering, sciences, or related technical field preferred
- Five to seven years in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry
- Fluency in project management and RCCA tools
- Knowledge of Valuable Manufacturing Practices
- Strong English, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
