As a System Test Analyst, you will work in Ericsson’s Systems, Product & Security organization. The full-time, permanent position focuses on testing, troubleshooting, and delivering RAN products to global customers. You will analyze requirements, assess software through data, and support cutting-edge verification workflows using Agentic AI or Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end system tests for 5G and 6G RAN technologies
- Analyze requirements for feature integration and verification
- Perform system-level troubleshooting across products and environments
- Deliver data-driven software assessments for release decisions




- Participate in customer validation testing and workflow transformation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related Engineering discipline
- Proficiency in Python, data analysis, and automation
- Experience with Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, and Linux shell scripting
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and critical-thinking skills
- Customer-centric mindset with relevant customer-related experience
