As Senior Medical Education Associate, you will support the National Education Manager across professional education initiatives. Your work spans events, preceptorships, conferences, labs, virtual learning, and educational content for DePuy Synthes. You will align programs with healthcare stakeholder needs and clinical knowledge dissemination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop medical education strategy with the National Education Manager
- Manage qualified education programs from planning through evaluation
- Oversee vendors supporting medical education event administration
- Manage education contracts, payments, and required cross-coverage




- Support Commercial Education planning, execution, and evaluation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, science, education, event planning, or related field
- Five or more years of progressive business experience
- Strong project management and project execution experience
- Experience with vendors, contracts, payments, and budget management
- Digital acumen including Virtual Reality and Learning Management Systems
