The Specification Representative drives commercial growth by securing, managing, and converting product specifications. You will advise architects, designers, specification writers, and facility planners through project completion. The work combines product guidance, presentations, CRM tracking, merchandising, and collaboration with sales, distribution, and fabrication partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop strategic relationships with architects, designers, and specification writers
- Drive specification adoption and conversion with commercial partners
- Provide product, design, and application guidance




- Deliver presentations and product training to design firms
- Track opportunities and conversions in Wilsonart’s CRM

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred in marketing, business, design, or architecture
- Relevant sales, specification, architecture, or construction experience preferred
- Ability to sell products and concepts professionally
- Regular territory travel, including overnight travel as required
- Valid driver’s license and legal vehicle operation authorization
