The prospect

This is a genuine entry point into the automotive industry. We hire for attitude and train for skill: if you are a recent graduate, new to Canada, or looking to change direction from retail, hospitality or customer service, we will teach you the business — product knowledge (including Tesla and EV), how a professional sales process works, and how to deliver a car properly.

As a Sales Assistant, you are the person our customers meet first and remember last. You look after enquiries and appointments, host customers in the store, join test drives, support our senior salespeople during their deals, and own the moment that matters most to a buyer — the delivery of their car. It is real responsibility from day one, with a guaranteed base salary while you learn, and a defined path upward: Sales Assistants here are first in line for our Assistant Sales Manager roles.

What you will do





- Respond to online and phone enquiries promptly and professionally; book and confirm appointments.
- Greet and host customers, understand what they are looking for, present suitable vehicles and accompany test drives.
- Support senior salespeople during deals — preparing documents, recording trade-in details and keeping customer records complete.
- Coordinate vehicle preparation and personally walk each customer through their new car at delivery.
- Follow up after delivery, look after your customers, and earn reviews and referrals.
- Take part in daily team meetings, product training and coaching.

What you bring

- No automotive or sales experience is needed — what matters is a friendly, reliable, coachable attitude.
- A valid BC Class 5 driver's licence (you will move and demonstrate vehicles).
- Legal authorization to work in Canada, and availability to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
- VSA salesperson licence: not needed to apply — we will guide and support you through certification after you join.
- Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are a strong asset in our market.
