Responsibilities

- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Support store operations by adhering to phone etiquette, time management, and organizational standards
Experience
- Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in clothing
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases
- Demonstrated ability in product demos and sales to explain customers clearly
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience with cashiering, POS systems, cash handling, and basic math is advantageous
- Proven organizational skills and time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
