• Permanent Jewellery Welding Deliver engraving and permanent jewellery welding independently, to Monica Vinader standard, safely and consistently, as part of every shift Build positive, collaborative relationships with the Holt Renfrew team, top sellers and Department Manager Share product knowledge and the MV standard of service with Holt Renfrew colleagues, supporting your Sales Lead on training Represent Monica Vinader professionally at all times, upholding both MV and Holt Renfrew standards and policies Communicate clearly and positively with your Sales Lead, the Holt Renfrew team and the wider MV North America team Participate in ongoing training and development to grow your product knowledge and client experience skills Flag stock discrepancies, operational issues or concerns to your Sales Lead promptly Communicates Effectively: You share clearly and ask clarifying questions, keeping your Sales Lead informed on client feedback, opportunities and concerns.

Collaborates Proactively: You support colleagues willingly, building strong working relationships with the Holt Renfrew team as one shared selling floor.

Workflow Management: You manage your time well, balancing engraving and welding appointments with selling floor coverage and shop tasks.

Reflects & Learns: You welcome feedback and refine your engraving and welding technique as product, tooling and client expectations evolve.

Functional/Technical Expertise: You are hands-on and precise with tools and technique, applying this to engraving, permanent jewellery welding, client book data capture and payment processing.
