This Warehouse Receiver supports productive warehouse operations by receiving shipments, checking contents against purchase orders, and inspecting goods. The position requires forklift and warehouse yard experience, plus organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills. You will record inventory levels and work with warehouse staff to maintain an organized receiving process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts, hand carts, and pallet jacks
- Load and unload incoming inventory safely
- Receive and verify shipments against purchase orders
- Inspect goods for damage and record inventory
- Unpack, organize, and put away stock
Requirements:
- Forklift and warehouse yard experience required
- Knowledge of machinery transporting and storing materials
- General understanding of inventory processes
- Workplace safety knowledge and data entry skills
