Oatey seeks a Business Development Manager to expand Bélanger’s presence across Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, and surrounding markets. You will develop accounts, grow sales, and work with wholesalers, plumbers, contractors, showrooms, and designers. The role emphasizes customer relationships, product expansion, and territory development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop Bélanger’s wholesale business across Alberta and British Columbia
- Build relationships with wholesalers, plumbers, contractors, showrooms, and designers
- Identify recent opportunities and develop customer accounts




- Grow existing sales through account development and product expansion
- Present products, launches, and sales opportunities to customers

Requirements:

- Minimum three years’ sales, development, or account management experience
- Established plumbing wholesale and distribution industry relationships
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking abilities
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently
- Ability to reside in Alberta and travel throughout both provinces
