BMO Financial Group is seeking a quantitative validator to assess models supporting fraud detection and AML risk management. You will validate models, challenge development, and communicate risks to business partners to ensure transparency and governance.

With 1–3 years of relevant experience and a solid statistics background, you will contribute to model lifecycle oversight and risk controls within the Audit, Risk & Compliance group in Canada.
