AiM Land & Environmental Services seeks a permanent, full time Environmental Scientist/Biologist with five-plus years of relevant consulting experience. The work includes wildlife, vegetation, wetland, watercourse, and water body assessments. You will also support project management, client service, technical reporting, and environmental stewardship across Alberta and British Columbia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct wildlife, vegetation, wetland, and aquatic environmental assessments
- Classify watercourses and water bodies during field assignments
- Prepare technical reports, CEMPs, and erosion control plans




- Review contractor environmental compliance and resolve non-conformances
- Lead project quality, management, and junior staff direction

Requirements:

- Four-year degree in Environmental Sciences
- Five-plus years of environmental consulting experience in BC or Alberta
- QAES, professional biologist, agrologist, or forester accreditation eligibility
- Strong knowledge of regulations, permitting, and industry practices
- Valid Class 5 licence and clean driver abstract
