The Role
We’re looking for a hungry, relationship-driven salesperson who wants more than a job. This is a chance to build your own client portfolio from the ground up and form long-lasting relationships with leading builders across the GTA.
You’ll be the first point of contact for new clients: opening doors, understanding their hiring needs, and setting up meetings with UBILD’s owner to close the deal. The best reps here don’t just sell once. They show up on-site, stay connected, and grow accounts over time.
What You’ll Do
- Make daily cold calls to builders, contractors, and construction companies
- Run discovery meetings to understand each client’s hiring challenges and labour needs
- Book qualified meetings directly on the calendar of UBILD’s owner
- Meet clients in person on job sites and at their offices across Toronto
- Stay in touch with existing clients to spot upsell and expansion opportunities
- Keep your pipeline and activity up to date in our CRM
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in cold calling, door-to-door, in-person, or other front-line sales
- Comfortable picking up the phone and walking into a room
- Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to learn
- Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
- Interested in long-term growth, not a short-term gig
- Access to reliable transportation for in office meetings in the GTA
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of the construction industry, trades, or how builders hire
- Experience with a CRM (HubSpot or similar)
