Support critical IT operations in Toronto with application monitoring, incident management, and production support for TD Technology Solutions. This full time role provides 37.5 hours weekly.

As an IT Operations Analyst IV, you will support moderate to highly complex applications and systems under minimal supervision. Your work includes environment management, maintenance, performance monitoring, and operational availability. You will resolve production issues, coordinate releases, and communicate with clients and stakeholders during service incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor applications, systems, performance, and operational availability
- Identify and resolve production issues and incidents
- Coordinate application packaging, releases, testing, and stakeholder signoff




- Provide technical and on-call support for designated systems
- Maintain accurate support documentation and escalation communication

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree or Technical Certificate
- Three to five years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting moderate to highly complex applications or systems
- Ability to perform problem determination, data gathering, and analysis
- Ability to prioritize workloads and meet timelines
