Apply mineral land expertise in Calgary with Freehold Royalties, managing Canadian leases, contracts, title records, and royalty interests through a hybrid work program.

As Senior Mineral Land Analyst, you will administer Freehold’s Canadian mineral portfolio and report to the Team Lead, Mineral Land Asset Management. The work requires fee title administration, Canadian P&NG; regulatory knowledge, analytical investigation, and accurate recordkeeping. You will communicate with lessors, lessees, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain mineral leases, contracts, royalty units, and CS Land records
- Coordinate lease outs, amendments, renewals, expiries, and surrenders
- Review titles, royalty interests, assignments, and termination notices




- Draft royalty and government-required drilling agreements
- Mentor team members and drive process improvements

Requirements:

- Seven years’ related experience or equivalent education and experience
- Petroleum Land Administration Certificate
- Fee title administration and mineral lease knowledge
- Canadian P&NG; regulations and spacing unit understanding
- Experience with CS Explorer, GeoScout, ISC, SPIN, ETS, and IRIS
