Apply lending expertise and advice-based selling as a full time Libro Connect Specialist in Libro Credit Union’s Contact Center. Support Members by phone and digital channels.

This position serves high-potential Members within aligned market segments. You will understand financial situations and life goals while building long-term relationships through holistic conversations. The work includes personal lending, credit and risk, referrals, and collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide lines of credit, loans, and mortgage solutions
- Deliver proactive advice-based selling through calls, email, and text
- Use Prosperity Planner and budgeting tools during conversations
- Refer complex needs to Lending, Investment, or Business Coaches




- Apply regulatory compliance and smart risk decisions consistently

Requirements:

- Two to three years’ financial institution experience
- Sales, cross-selling, and customer service experience
- Lending experience with robust credit and risk understanding
- Virtual Call Centre experience strongly preferred
- Passion for strengthening people’s financial well-being
