PHSA seeks a Manager, Clinical Informatics for a temporary, full time position reporting to the Director. You will oversee clinical informatics services, guide technology-enabled practice transformation, and provide strategic, tactical, and operational EHR expertise. The position translates clinical requirements into system selection, design, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage clinical informatics teams, services, roadmaps, and strategic priorities
- Lead clinical change management, learning strategies, and implementation readiness
- Prioritize clinical requirements guiding EHR design and improvement
- Direct portfolio projects, plans, stakeholders,



deliverables, and timelines
- Monitor adoption, quality initiatives, KPIs, and system improvements

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s-equivalent nursing or health sciences education and training
- Seven to ten years leading major clinical or quality initiatives
- Experience in large, complex healthcare environments
- Current registration with the applicable provincial college or association
- Systems thinking, facilitation, negotiation, and project leadership abilities
