Reporting to the Director, Regional Operations, NAM, this manager strengthens sales execution across the region. The work spans sales performance, revenue forecasting, pipeline management, CRM systems, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Seequent operates across more than 145 countries.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver regular and ad hoc sales reporting for leadership forums

Analyse performance, productivity, costs, market drivers, and trends

Build dashboards visualising sales, revenue, entitlement, and usage data

Manage forecasting, performance monitoring, and the sales rhythm

Improve reporting, automation,



data quality, and process scalability

Requirements: Seven or more years in sales operations or related fields

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Knowledge of forecasting, pipeline management, metrics, and KPIs

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; analysis

Advanced Salesforce Lightning, SAP, Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint proficiency
