Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled/entry level and detail-oriented Sales Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sales, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of mobile devices, including Android and iOS smartphones, tablets, and other electronic equipment. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and technical analysis skills, proficiency with various operating systems such as macOS and Windows, and experience working with computer hardware and schematics.

Responsibilities

- Sell CPOs, accessories and Mobility plans
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on mobile devices, including Android and iOS platforms.
- Utilize schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify faults accurately.
- Repair or replace damaged components using hand tools and other specialized equipment.
- Perform software troubleshooting for operating systems such as macOS, Windows, and mobile OS environments.
- Assist customers with device repairs, providing excellent retail sales support by explaining repair processes and recommended solutions.
- Test repaired devices to ensure functionality and quality standards are met before returning to customers.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic procedures followed.




- Stay updated on the latest trends in mobile technology, operating systems, and repair techniques to provide efficient service.

Requirements

- Proven experience working with mobile devices including Android and iOS operating systems*.
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques for Windows and macOS systems.
- Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for complex device repairs.
- Proficiency with hand tools used in electronic repair work.
- Robust analysis skills to diagnose issues quickly and accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly in a retail setting.
- Familiarity with software troubleshooting across various operating systems.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Prior experience in retail sales related to electronics or mobile devices is preferred but not required.

*Entry level can also apply. On site paid training will be provided. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about doing sales and technology repair who enjoy helping customers resolve their device issues efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

Pay: $17.60-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
