We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our Brandon team.

If you enjoy talking with people, are comfortable working on the phone and computer throughout the day, and like working toward clear goals, this could be a solid fit.

What You'll Do

You will connect with new and existing customers primarily by phone, learn what they need, explain available products and services, and help them take the next step.

Your responsibilities will include

- Connect with new and existing customers by phone
- Ask questions to understand customer needs
- Explain products and services clearly and accurately
- Recommend appropriate solutions based on the customer's needs
- Identify appropriate opportunities to cross-sell or upsell services
- Respond professionally to customer questions and concerns
- Schedule appointments for service installations
- Accurately enter and update customer information using company systems
- Work toward individual and team sales, service and performance goals
- Participate in coaching and training to continuously improve your skills

What We're Looking For

Essential

- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in spoken and written English
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone throughout the workday
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software and systems
- Customer-focused with an interest in sales and achieving results
- Ability to listen, ask questions and explain information clearly
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to learn, receive coaching and continuously improve
- Dependable and able to work scheduled shifts
- Available for scheduled weekend shifts when required

Experience is welcome.

Relevant experience could include

- Customer service
- Retail or hospitality
- Sales
- Reception or office work
- Outbound calling or contact-centre work
- Appointment setting

Position Details Employment: Full-time temporary, with the possibility of extension based on operational requirements

Location: On-site in Brandon, Manitoba

Schedule: Some scheduling flexibility is required to support operational needs

Weekends: Saturday and/or Sunday shifts may be scheduled as required
