10+ years of Salesforce experience with strong expertise in Communications Cloud (Vlocity).Hands-on experience with EPC| CPQ| Order Management and Industries processes.Strong knowledge of OmniStudio (OmniScripts| FlexCards| DataRaptors| Integration Procedures).Expertise in Salesforce architecture| Apex| LWC| APIs| and integrations.Experience integrating Salesforce with OSS/BSS| ERP| and external platforms.Robust understanding of telecom business processes such as Lead-to-Order and Order-to-Cash.Experience with CI/CD| DevOps| and Salesforce deployment methodologies.Preferred Skills:-Salesforce Application/System Architect certification.Salesforce Industries (Communications Cloud) certifications.MuleSoft integration experience.Knowledge of TM Forum Open APIs and SID model.Experience with large-scale telecom transformation programs.Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
